Thank you for showing an interest in contributing to the Special Children’s Trust and the work we are doing with children who have special needs in Uganda. You can contribute via physical volunteering opportunities of your time and skills in Uganda, as well as donations in cash or kind.

VOLUNTEERING

Over the years, the Trust has had many volunteers at Mukisa Foundation and Dawn Children’s Centre. We have had both local and international students and volunteers from different parts of the world, including Germany, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and India. Within the Trust, we now have other voluntary work options including Berakhah Medical Centre, as well as opportunities from different organizations within the network forum.
We are the organization of choice for anyone who wants to work with children with special needs. We accept both qualified professionals (those with experience) and young people looking for experience, all we ask is that the volunteer loves our kids, is hard working and committed to helping us achieve our goals for children with special needs in Uganda.
