OUR INCLUSIVE DREAM: BUILD OUR SCHOOL: Dawn Children’s Centre
Where we are
Dawn Children’s Centre is currently in a rented premises, which we have frequently modified to suit the needs of the students.
Dawn owns 2.5 acres of land in Kasengejje, Wakiso Town Council, on which our Specialised School will be constructed.
In January 2024, we broke ground in preparations for laying the foundations of our inclusive school.
Our Future Plans
Our Forever Home is part of our dream to build a Specialised Centre for all children, that will include Educational services in line with competency based learning from early years to 18 years old with learning classrooms, library and other facilities, as well as Rehabilitation and Recreational facilities and a Specialised Assessment Centre under one roof.
This is a phased plan that has been costed at 6,934,074,350/- which is approximately $1,899,746.
